VISIONING CAPACITY

Again, we’d like to reemphasise a point we made before, and that is “leadership is more of a spiritual assignment than a natural task”. Also, we’d like to restate the truth that “spirituality is not religiosity”. You may wish to refer to attributes 1 and 2 in the series.

Transformational leadership is one that has the capacity to see the unseen, able to communicate it, craft a pathway for it’s actualisation and get the led to buy in. Vision is not fantasy or ambition. It is the ability to collect from the spiritual realm and establish in the physical.

Access to the realm of the spiritual is facilitated by your relationship with GOD, the FATHER of all spirits. It is in HIM all goodness and greatness exist, from which men must draw to affect the natural for good. Any other spiritual dimension only seeks to steal, kill and destroy man’s testimony, reducing his dignity to nothing.

A visionary leader is one with capacity to make what appears to be impossible appear possible, easily possible, and worth trying for. He is able to peer into the future, and knows the way to bring it to pass in the present. He appreciates the challenge, accepts the sacrifices that may be required and is willing to die working and walking the vision.

A leader(ship) that is encumbered with personal gains and fame can never be transformational, exceptional or great.

What is your dream for your family, your organisation or your community? What have you seen or received from the other side, that you want to give? It is better to continue to wait on receiving what to give, than to just go and do something you made up. This is the reason we have so many uncompleted projects dotting the African landscape.

Ask, you’ll receive. Seek, you’ll find. Knock, it’ll be opened for you.

Those whose lot you desire to elevate are more loved by the GREAT SPIRIT than you can ever love them. HE never ignores or denies a genuine heart that’s after their good.

Leadership is kind of synonymous with development, it must impact growth by increase or improvement.

Painstakingly and intentionally nurture your relationship with GOD, that is the ultimate advantage that separates the exceptional from the common, the transformational from the ordinary and the great from the small.
